FUKUSHIMA, Japan (Reuters) - Japan is now facing a potential catastrophe after that a nuclear reactor in Fukushima - damaged by the earthquake last Friday - has exploded sending low levels of radiation to Tokyo, prompting some people to leave the capital and others to stockpile food.
